Shipping

We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses (some restrictions apply). We do not ship to any other international destinations.

Most orders ship out the same business day (M-F) received.

USA Shipping Options

We use FedEx and the US Postal Service to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services please let us know in the COMMENTS field when you place your order.

Shipments going to APOs, FPOs, and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

FREE SHIPPING

We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $99 or more to destinations within the United States. There is a $6.95 shipping charge on all orders under $99 to be shipped to destinations within the U.S.

Express Shipping, Next Business Day, and 2nd Business Day Shipping

On FedEx Next Business Day and FedEx 2nd Business Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.

Orders received after 1:30 pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day (M-F). Orders placed after 1:30 pm Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. Order placed on Saturday or Sunday should be processed on the following Monday.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered Business Days and do not count as Transit or Delivery Days. FedEx Next Day Saturday service is available in limited areas. Please call to check availability.

Due to shipping restrictions some items may not be eligible for Express Shipping.

We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.

The FedEx Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to conditions beyond FedEx's control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism / war.

Canada Shipping Options

We ship via FedEx and USPS Airmail (may be transferred to Canada Post or other local carriers).

Canadian customers pay the exact cost of shipping. When ordering online our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. Your card will be charged this amount. If the actual charge is less we will issue a refund to your card for the difference. If the actual charge exceeds this amount we will contact you.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees due to your local government are not included in the rates above. These charges will be due at delivery. Check with your local Customs Office for more information.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies

• Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges or adjustments. After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.

• Credit card orders are accepted on-line, by FAX or by phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• Money orders and cashiers checks will be accepted
• All orders outside the U.S.A. should be credit card orders or in US funds.
